Abstract

In this study, three flavonoid compounds 3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, 3,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone; 3,3′,4′,5,7-pentahydroxyflavone were found in the ethanol extract of (Ficus pumila L.). They present a great diversity of biological activities observed in vitro, such as: Antioxidant effect, modulation of the enzymatic activity and inhibition of cellular proliferation anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory and antiviral properties. On that basis, herbal pills were prepared from the ethanol-water extract of (Ficus pumila L.). combined with Smilax glabra Roxb. and Stephania dielsiana Y. C. Wu to enhance the treatment for osteoarthritis pain. The herbal pills showed the potential of NO inhibition activity production in RAW 264.7 cell, with IC₅₀ values of 31.18 ± 2.86 µg/mL and the IC₅₀ values of DPPH free radical scavenging capacity was 168.016 µg/mL

Trong nghiên cứu này, 3 hợp chất flavonoid 3′,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone, 3,4′,5,7-tetrahydroxyflavone; 3,3′,4′,5,7-pentahydroxyflavone được tìm thấy trong dịch trích ly của loài Vẩy ốc (Ficus pumila L.). Đây là những hợp chất có khả năng chống ung thư, chống oxy hóa, chống viêm và kháng vi rút. Trên cơ sở đó, viên hoàn mềm thảo dược được bào chế từ dịch trích ly ethanol - nước của loài Vẩy ốc kết hợp với Thổ phục linh (Smilax glabra Roxb) và Thạch thiềm thử (Stephania dielsiana Y. C. Wu) nhằm tăng cường hỗ trợ điều trị bệnh đau nhức xương khớp. Viên hoàn mềm có hoạt tính ức chế sinh NO trên tế bào RAW 264.7 với giá trị IC₅₀ = 31,18 ± 2,86 µg/mL và khả năng ức chế gốc tự do DPPH với nồng độ IC₅₀ = 168,016 µg/mL.
