Abstract

“Tien Pac A” peach is a native peach variety in Ngan Son district, Bac Kan province. The “Tien Pac A” peach tree has strong stems and leaves, large flowers, 5 single petals, dark pink colour, blooming in the early March. The fruit ripens in the late July, high fruit yield, ovate - shaped fruit, quite large size, good appearance and quality. Through the selection process 2021 - 2023, 15 first - line individuals were selected and recognized as the best mother trees. The first - line individuals were 15 - 17 years old, grown from seeds, producing stable fruit with average fruit yield 39.8 - 49.7 kg/tree/year, fruit weight 103.1 - 109.5 g/fruit. The fruit performed round and slender form, the tip of the fruit was long and pointed like a crow's beak; the fruit skin had a reddish pink patch with a layer of fine hairs. The edible rate was over 75%, the fruit flesh was crispy and firm, the fruit taste was sweet, less astringent, characteristical aroma, Brix level of 11.02 - 12.20%, total sugar content of 8.68 - 9.11%, vitamin C of 13.37 - 16.59 mg/100 g, total acid of 0.61 - 0.64%, tannin of 0.27 - 0.30%.

Đào Tiên Pắc Á là giống đào bản địa tại huyện Ngân Sơn, tỉnh Bắc Kạn. Cây sinh trưởng khoẻ, hoa kích thước lớn, 5 cánh đơn, màu hồng đậm, nở đầu tháng 3 dương lịch. Quả chín cuối tháng 7, kích thước khá lớn, mẫu mã và chất lượng khá. Qua bình tuyển 3 năm (2021 - 2023), đã tuyển chọn và công nhận được 15 cây đầu dòng. Các cây đầu dòng có tuổi từ 15 - 17 năm, được trồng từ hạt, ra hoa quả ổn định, năng suất quả trung bình 39,8 - 49,7 kg/cây/năm, khối lượng quả 103,1 - 109,5 g/quả. Quả có dạng hình trứng, đỉnh quả nhô ra; vỏ quả có đám hồng đỏ có lớp lông mịn. Tỷ lệ ăn được trên 75%, thịt quả giòn và chắc, vị quả ngọt thanh, ít chát, có mùi thơm đặc trưng, độ Brix từ 11,02 - 12,20%, hàm lượng đường tổng số 8,68 - 9,11%, vitamin C từ 13,37 - 16,59 mg/100 g, axit tổng số 0,61 - 0,64%, tanin 0,27 - 0,30%.
