NGHIÊN CỨU NHÂN GIỐNG VÔ TÍNH NẦN NGHỆ (Dioscorea collettii Hook.f.) TỪ MẦM CỦ

Abstract

Research on the unsexual propagation of Dioscorea collettii Hook.f. in the nursery in Lai Chau province shows that: Using the middle section of the tuber with a size of 3 x 5 cm, cuttings carried out in January had a survival rate of 81.3%, while the survival rate in the field was 96.6%, multiplication coefficient of 12.08. NAA, applied at a concentration of 500 ppm for 60 seconds, shortened the plant growth period by 15 days compared to the control formula. The survival rate in the nursery was 93.3%, and the survival rate after planting exceeded 98.3%. Seedlings propagated in a medium of burnt rice husk and sand (volume ratio 1: 1) exhibited optimal growth and development, achieving a survival rate of 81.7% in the nursery and 97.6% after planting. Seedlings grown in the nursery for 90 days met cultivation standards, reaching a height of 42.6 cm with five leaves. The rate of successful transplantation and survival in the field exceeded 95%.

Nghiên cứu nhân giống vô tính Nần nghệ (Dioscorea collettii Hook.f.) trong vườn ươm tại tỉnh Lai Châu cho thấy: Sử dụng đoạn giữa củ với kích thước 3 x 5 cm, giâm mầm củ vào thời vụ tháng 01 cho tỷ lệ sống đạt 81,3%; tỷ lệ sống ngoài đồng ruộng đạt 96,6%, hệ số nhân giống đạt 12,01 lần. Sử dụng NAA nồng độ 500 ppm trong 60 giây giúp thời gian sinh trưởng của cây con rút ngắn hơn so với đối chứng 15 ngày, tỷ lệ sống xuất vườn 93,3% và tỷ lệ sống sau trồng đạt trên 98,3%. Mầm củ được giâm trên nền giá thể trấu hun: cát tỷ lệ 1: 1 về thể tích giúp cây sinh trưởng và phát triển tốt nhất cho tỷ lệ sống của củ giống đạt 81,7%, tỷ lệ cây xuất vườn đạt 97,6%. Cây giống sinh trưởng trong vườn ươm từ 90 ngày đủ tiêu chuẩn xuất vườn với chiều cao cây đạt 42,6 cm có từ 5 lá; tỷ lệ xuất vườn và tỷ lệ sống ngoài đồng ruộng đạt trên 95%.
