NGHIÊN CỨU ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA NỒNG ĐỘ BENZYLADENINE (BA) LÊN SINH TRƯỞNG VÀ NĂNG SUẤT CỦA GIỐNG LÚA OM6162 VÀ OM8017

Abstract

The study was conducted to determine suitable concentration Benzyladenine (BA) for the growth, hardness of rice stem and productivity of the rice variety OM6162 and OM8017. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized block of two factors with 5 repetitions. The first factor is 2 OM6162 and OM8017 rice varieties. The second factor is 5 concentrations of BA: 0 (control), 20, 40, 60 and 90 mg/L. BA was treated with foliar spray on the 40th day after sowing. Experimental results showed that the treatment of BA at the concentration of 60 mg/L effectively increased the number of healthy tillers, stem stiffness (internode 1: 1.34 N; internode 2: 2.21 N; internode 3: 3.20 N, internode 4: 4.27 N), filled grain ratio (77.7%), the number of fully grains per panicle (96.4 fully grains per panicle) and grain yield (increased by 21.7% in comparison with control experiment).

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm tìm ra nồng độ Benzyladenine (BA) thích hợp đến sinh trưởng, độ cứng cây và năng suất của hai giống lúa OM6162 và OM8017. Thí nghiệm được bố trí theo thể thức khối hoàn toàn ngẫu nhiên thừa số 2 nhân tố với 5 lần lặp lại. Nhân tố thứ nhất là hai giống lúa OM6162 và MO8017. Nhân tố thứ hai là 5 nồng độ BA: 0 (đối chứng), 20, 40, 60 và 90 mg/l. BA được xử lý phun qua lá ở thời điểm 40 ngày sau khi gieo. Kết quả thí nghiệm cho thấy, xử lý BA ở nồng độ 60 mg/l cho hiệu quả làm gia tăng số nhánh hữu hiệu, độ cứng lóng thân (lóng 1 là 1,34 N; lóng 2 là 2,21 N; lóng 3 là 3,20 N và lóng 4 là 4,27 N), tỷ lệ hạt chắc (77,7%), số hạt trên bông (96,4 hạt/bông) và năng suất tăng 21,7% so với đối chứng.
