MỘT SỐ ĐẶC ĐIỂM DỊCH TỄ VÀ DI TRUYỀN CỦA VIRUS GÂY BỆNH CARRÉ PHÂN LẬP ĐƯỢC TRÊN CHÓ TẠI TỈNH AN GIANG

Abstract

The study was performed by a cross-sectional study in 840 dogs in An Giang province from december 2019 to june 2020, using the quick test Asan easy test Distemper (Korea). The results indicated that a total of 96 dogs were positive with Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) out of 365 dogs presenting the clinical symptoms. The highest infected rate was the dogs of less than 6 month olds (52.54%) and the lowest rate was 6 month olds-under 2 year olds (6.67%). The infected rate of dogs in the captive (13.95%) was lower than dogs in the free kept (30.11%). The infected rate of vaccinated dogs (3.95%) was lower than that of unvaccinated dogs (32.18%). The analyzed results on these amplified gene segments indicated that the similarity level of nucleotides of an H gene segment among fields CDV samples was 99.11-99.89%, comparison with the H gene segment of the CDV strains from Genbank, the similarity level reached 88.57-98.55%. The similarity level of amino acid of the H gene segment was very high (99.17-100%); the similarity level of amino acid of the field CDVs comparison with the amino acid of the CDV strains from Genbank were 88.57-99.83%. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the CDV strains in An Giang belonged to the Asia 1 genotype.

Đề tài được thực hiện bằng phương pháp nghiên cứu cắt ngang trên 840 con chó tại tỉnh An Giang từ tháng 12 năm 2019 đến tháng 6 năm 2020, sử dụng kit chẩn đoán nhanh Asan easy test Distemper (Hàn Quốc). Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, tổng số 96 con chó dương tính với Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) trong số 365 con chó có biểu hiện lâm sàng của bệnh. Tỷ lệ nhiễm bệnh cao nhất ở chó <6 tháng tuổi (52,54%) và thấp nhất là giai đoạn 6 tháng <2 năm tuổi (6,67%). Tỷ lệ mắc bệnh ở chó nuôi nhốt (13,95%), thấp hơn chó nuôi thả (30,11%). Chó được tiêm vaccine đủ liều có tỷ lệ mắc bệnh 3,95%, thấp hơn so với chó không tiêm phòng (32,18%). Kết quả phân tích các đoạn gen khuếch đại cho thấy mức độ tương đồng về trình tự nucleotide với nhau từ 99,11-99,89%, so với các chủng CDV từ Genbank, mức độ tương đồng đạt 88,57-98,55%. Mức độ tương đồng về axit amin của đoạn gen H giữa các chủng virus thực địa rất cao (99,17-100%), mức độ tương đồng axit amin của chủng CDV thực địa so với axit amin của các chủng CDV từ Genbank là 88,57-99,83%. Phân tích cây phát sinh loài cho thấy các chủng CDV tại An Giang thuộc kiểu gen Asia 1.
