NGHIÊN CỨU NHÂN GIỐNG VÔ TÍNH THIÊN NIÊN KIỆN (Homalomena pierreana Engl.) TẠI PHÚ QUỐC, KIÊN GIANG

Abstract

Study on the clonal propagation of the Homalomena pierreana Engl. in the nursery in Kien Giang province showed that the length of the cuttings used for propagation was 4 - 6 cm long, 2 - 3 shoots, the cuttings were planted in the March season for the survival rate of over 80% and survival rate in the field reached 98.6%. NAA concentration of 100 ppm for 30 seconds stimulated the early germination of cuttings, sprouted after 3 days and started rooting after 4 days. Their survival and outplanting rate was over 95% and qualified for outplanting after 80 days with a peak height of 19.6 cm and an average of 4 leaves/sprout. The best substrate for cutting propagation is a mixture of 25% soil + 50% sand + 25% coir, which gave the highest survival rate (90.7%) and the best seedling quality with an average outplanting height being 26.6 cm, 4.1 leaves/sprout and 20.7 cm of the root length. Seedlings growing in the nursery for 80 -100 days are eligible for outplanting with out-of-field rate and field survival rate of over 95%.

Nghiên cứu nhân giống vô tính Thiên niên kiện (Homalomena pierreana Engl.) trong vườn ươm tại Kiên Giang cho thấy: chiều dài hom dùng nhân giống dài 4 - 6 cm, có 2 - 3 mắt mầm, tiến hành giâm hom vào thời vụ tháng 3 cho tỷ lệ sống đạt trên 80%; tỷ lệ sống ngoài đồng ruộng đạt 98,6%. Sử dụng NAA nồng độ 100 ppm trong 30 giây kích thích hom giống nảy mầm sớm sau 3 ngày đã bật mầm và 4 ngày đã bắt đầu ra rễ, tỷ lệ sống và xuất vườn đạt trên 95%. Giá thể giâm hom bao gồm hỗn hợp 25% đất + 50% cát + 25% xơ dừa cho tỷ lệ sống cao (90,7%) và chất lượng cây giống tốt nhất với chiều cao cây xuất vườn đạt 26,6 cm; 4,1 lá/mầm; chiều dài rễ đạt 20,7 cm. Cây giống sinh trưởng trong vườn ươm từ 80 - 100 ngày đủ tiêu chuẩn xuất vườn với tỷ lệ xuất vườn và tỷ lệ sống ngoài đồng ruộng đạt trên 95%.
