NGHIÊN CỨU ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA CHẤT ĐIỀU HOÀ SINH TRƯỞNG GA3 ĐẾN TỶ LỆ ĐẬU QUẢ, NĂNG SUẤT VÀ CHẤT LƯỢNG QUẢ GIỐNG BƯỞI DA XANH TẠI THÁI NGUYÊN

Abstract

Results conducted from the study on the effect of GA3 sprayed with different concentrations and times of application to fruit yield and quality of 6-7 year old Da Xanh trees grown in Thai Nguyen province in 2017 – 2018 period showed that 3 sprays of GA3 growth regulator at 10 days before blooming (the first), fully bloom (the second) and 10 days after flowering (the third) gave highest fruiting rate, increased from 0.12 to 7.35% compared to the water spray control, in which, the best impact was received when GA3 treated at a concentration of 50 ppm (fruiting rate increased by 1.38% to 10.45%, with the yield of from 58.74 kg to 85.40 kg  fruit / tree) that was significantly different at the 95% confidence level. Spraying GA3 at concentrations from 50 ppm to 70 ppm combined with girdling on 15/12 of the previous year had the effect of increasing fruiting rate from 2.17 to 10.42% and increasing fruit yield (from 57.60 kg - 97.16 kg/tree) compared to the control (water spray) And, what is more, GA3 spray gave no impact to the quality of fruit indicated by the little changeable values of total sugar content, acidity, brix level, vitamin C...etc.

Kết quả nghiên cứu trên cây bưởi giống Da Xanh 6-7 năm tuổi trong các năm 2017-2018 tại Thái Nguyên cho thấy: phun 3 lần chất điều hòa sinh trưởng GA₃ vào các thời kỳ: trước khi hoa nở 10 ngày (lần 1), khi hoa nở rộ (lần 2) và sau khi hoa nở 10 ngày (lần 3) cho tỷ lệ đậu quả cao nhất, tăng từ 0,12 đến 7,35% so với đối chứng phun nước lã. Trong đó, xử lý ở nồng độ 50 ppm đem lại hiệu quả cao nhất (tỷ lệ đậu quả tăng từ 1,38% đến 10,45%, năng suất quả đạt 58,74 – 85,40 kg quả/cây), sai khác có ý nghĩa thống kê ở mức tin cậy 95%. Phun GA₃ ở các nồng độ từ 50 đến 70 ppm kết hợp với khoanh vỏ vào ngày 15/12 của năm trước có tác dụng làm tăng tỷ lệ đậu 2,17 – 10,42% và tăng năng suất quả từ 57,60 – 97,16 kg quả/cây so với công thức đối chứng phun nước lã. Phun GA₃ không làm thay đổi chất lượng bưởi Da Xanh thể hiện qua một số chỉ tiêu cơ bản như hàm lượng đường tổng số, axit, độ brix và vitamin C...
