NGHIÊN CỨU TUYỂN CHỌN MỘT SỐ MẪU GIỐNG ĐỊA HOÀNG (Rehmannia glutinosa Libosch.) TRIỂN VỌNG PHỤC VỤ SẢN XUẤT

Abstract

R. glutinosa is a high valuable medicinal plant, used popular in traditional medicine. Due to the clonal propagation from tubers for many years, the yield and quality of the medicinal plant has been markedly degraded in Vietnam, recently. In addition, the fields are often susceptible to diseases that seriously affect the plant growth and the radix yield. In this study, 10 accessions of R. glutinosa collected domestically and abroad, were evaluated in Thanh Tri (Hanoi) to select a variety with high yield and catapol content for production of medicinal materials. The results showed that the yield of tubers ranged from 12.43 to 19.65 tons /ha, the catapol content from 0.39 to 1.92% in year 1 and 12.83 – 22.75 tons/ha, 0.77 - 2.06% in the second year, respectively. The RS-02 accession has been selected with beneficial traits such as: high adaptability, good resistance to a number of diseases, yield 22.75 tons/ ha of fresh tubers, high catalpol content that is stable relatively (1.92% in the first year and 1.88% in the second year). Based on the results of this study, it is possible to multiply the prospective accession into production.

Địa hoàng là cây thuốc quý, có giá trị sử dụng cao trong y học cổ truyền. Do nhân giống vô tính từ củ nhiều năm nên năng suất và chất lượng địa hoàng ở Việt Nam đã bị thoái hóa rõ rệt. Ngoài ra, ruộng sản xuất thường dễ bị nhiễm bệnh gây ảnh hưởng nghiêm trọng đến sinh trưởng của cây và năng suất dược liệu. Trong nghiên cứu này, 10 mẫu giống địa hoàng bao gồm cả mẫu thu thập trong nước và nước ngoài đã được đánh giá ở Thanh Trì (Hà Nội) để chọn ra được mẫu giống chất lượng cao phục vụ sản xuất. Kết quả thu được cho thấy, các mẫu giống địa hoàng có năng suất dao động từ 12,43 – 19,65 tấn/ha, hàm lượng catapol từ 0,39-1,92% ở năm thứ nhất và 12,83 – 22,75 tấn/ha, hàm lượng catapol từ 0,77 – 2,06% ở năm thứ hai. Qua đánh giá đã chọn được mẫu giống R.S-02 có nhiều ưu điểm như: có khả năng thích nghi cao, chống chịu với một số loại bệnh hại mức khá, năng suất đạt 22,75 tấn/ha dược liệu tươi, hàm lượng catapol cao và tương đối ổn định (1,92% năm thứ nhất và 1,88% năm thứ 2). Khuyến nghị nhân mẫu giống triển vọng này để đưa vào sản xuất.
