Abstract

This paper introduces the results of studying the dynamics of the peanut picking process in the threshing chamber of the peanut harvester. The research results have established a system of differential equations describing the motion of the center of the peanut head and the impact of the sieve on the peanut. Used the Runge-kutta method based on Matlab software to investigate the motion trajectory of the center of the peanut center and evaluate the influence of some kinematic parameters of the fruiting part on the maximum tension of the fruit. stalks of peanuts, as a basis for further experimental studies.

Bài báo giới thiệu kết quả nghiên cứu động lực học quá trình bứt quả lạc trong buồng đập của máy thu hoạch lạc. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã lập được hệ phương trình vi phân mô tả chuyển động của tâm đầu quả lạc và tác động của thanh sàng lên quả lạc. Đã sử dụng phương pháp Runge-kutta dựa vào phần mềm Matlab để khảo sát quỹ đạo chuyển động của điểm tâm đầu quả lạc và đánh giá ảnh hưởng của một số thông số hình động học của bộ phận bứt quả đến lực căng lớn nhất của cuống quả lạc, làm cơ sở cho các nghiên cứu thực nghiệm tiếp theo.
