NGHIÊN CỨU ĐẶC ĐIỂM HÌNH THÁI VÀ GIẢI PHẪU CỦA GỪNG NHỌN (Zingiber acuminatum Valeton) VÀ GỪNG HOA ĐUÔI ÉN (Zingiber cardiocheilum Škorničk. & Q. B. Nguyen) Ở VIỆT NAM

Abstract

In this study, two species of Ginger: Zingiber acuminatum Valeton and Zingiber cardiocheilum Škorničk. & Q. B. Nguyen were collected from Bach Ma National Park, Thua Thien - Hue province and Tam Dao National Park, Vinh Phuc province, respectively. In order to describe the morphological and anatomical characteristics of the two ginger species, the method of comparative morphological classification and the plant anatomy were conducted. The results show that the two species of Ginger have similar morphological characteristics. In particular, Zingiber acuminatum has a flower cluster at the base and the outer surface of bracts is red, while Zingiber cardiocheilum has a flower cluster on the top of a fake stem with leaves and the outer surface of bracts is green. Anatomical results of the two ginger species showed that there are common and unique characteristics of each species. The results show that both Zingiber acuminatum and Zingiber cardiocheilum are medicinal species specific to different ecological regions. Therefore, further in-depth studies on the chemical, biological and pharmacological composition of these two species are needed.

Trong nghiên cứu này, hai loài Gừng: Gừng nhọn (Zingiber acuminatum Valeton) có nguồn gốc ở Vườn Quốc gia Bạch Mã, tỉnh Thừa Thiên - Huế và Gừng hoa đuôi én (Zingiber cardiocheilum Škorničk. & Q. B. Nguyen) có nguồn gốc ở Tam Đảo, tỉnh Vĩnh Phúc đã được thu thập. Nhằm mô tả được đặc điểm hình thái và giải phẫu của hai loài Gừng, đã sử dụng phương pháp phân loại bằng hình thái so sánh và nghiên cứu giải phẫu thực vật. Kết quả cho thấy, hai loài Gừng có đặc điểm hình thái đặc trưng khá tương đồng. Điểm khác biệt nổi bật đó là Gừng nhọn có cụm hoa ở gốc, mặt ngoài lá bắc màu đỏ, trong khi đó Gừng hoa đuôi én có cụm hoa trên đỉnh thân giả có lá, mặt ngoài lá bắc màu xanh. Kết quả giải phẫu hai loài Gừng cho thấy có những đặc trưng chung và riêng của mỗi loài. Hai loài Gừng là hai loài dược liệu đặc trưng cho từng vùng sinh thái khác nhau. Do đó cần có những nghiên cứu sâu hơn về thành hóa học, sinh học, dược học của hai loài Gừng này.
