ĐẶC ĐIỂM HÌNH THÁI VÀ GIẢI PHẪU LOÀI DẺ TÙNG SỌC TRẮNG (Amentotaxus argotaenia (Hance) Pilg.) Ở TỈNH THANH HÓA VÀ QUẢNG TRỊ

Abstract

The Amentotaxus argotaenia (Hance) Pilg. belongs to the Taxaceae family, confer plants, and is a rare and precious tree species of Vietnam which was recognized for its use value. Most of them are distributed in the high mountains of Vietnam. The resource value of this species was found as medicine, oil, for precious wood, and an ornamental. These studies are an effort to understand the anatomical delimitation of Amentotaxus argotaenia (Hance) Pilg. in a better way and morphological characteristic with updated is provided. The study found has dominant characteristic of Amentotaxus argotaenia with winter bud scales, gather into a cone shape; leaves linear, thick textured; pale to white at abaxially because of the thick stomata bands. Amentotaxus argotaenia (Hance) Pilg. have anatomical characteristics that allow them to adapt to a habitat with intensive insolation. A thick cuticle in leaf that prevents evaporation of water from the epidermal surface under the sunlight. The thick stomata bands help control evapotranspiration. In addition, a relatively developed intercellular space system in both stem and leaf provides them with the ability to grow in habitats with abundant light conditions.

Tóm tắt

Dẻ tùng sọc trắng (Amentotaxus argotaenia Hance Pilg.) thuộc họ Thông đỏ (Taxaceae), đây là loài cây gỗ quý, hiếm thuộc ngành thực vật Hạt trần (Gymnospermae) ở Việt Nam. Dẻ tùng sọc trắng có các công dụng như: Làm thuốc, làm cảnh, cho dầu, gỗ... Loài này thường chỉ phân bố ở vùng núi cao của Việt Nam. Các nghiên cứu đã công bố trong thời gian qua ở Việt Nam chủ yếu tập trung vào một số đặc điểm hình thái ngoài của loài Dẻ tùng sọc trắng, trong khi đó các nghiên cứu đặc điểm giải phẫu ít khi được đề cập. Bài báo này ghi nhận kết quả nghiên cứu về đặc điểm giải phẫu cành, lá và cập nhật các đặc điểm hình thái của loài Dẻ tùng sọc trắng ở tỉnh Thanh Hóa và Quảng Trị. Theo đó, Dẻ tùng sọc trắng có đặc điểm hình thái đặc trưng bởi có chồi ngủ đông, lá mặt dưới có dải lỗ khí chạy dài dọc theo hai bên gân lá, dải lỗ khí bằng 2/3 đến 1,5 chiều rộng phần còn lại. Về cấu tạo giải phẫu, Dẻ tùng sọc trắng thường có lớp cutin dày, khoảng trống chứa khí trong thân và lá giúp cây có thể sống được trong môi trường khắc nghiệt như đỉnh núi.
