KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU NHÂN GIỐNG VÔ TÍNH NGŨ GIA BÌ HƯƠNG (Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith), TẠI HUYỆN ĐỒNG VĂN, TỈNH HÀ GIANG

Abstract

 Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith for is belong to "precious - rare” medicinal plant that need to be preserved together planted in Vietnam. Research on cutting propagation of Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith by the xperiments on the effect of cutting time, age of mother plant, location and diameter of cuttings; treatment with growth stimulants. The experiments were arranged in a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. Implemeting propagation of ntation period 2021 – 2022. The results were shown that cuttings In spring, the age of the mother trea is 3 years or older, using stem cuttings near the base with a diameter of  0.6 - 0.9 cm; treated with IBA 1.000 ppm, with the highest rate of rooting, budding and the highest seedling rate (62.73%). The seedlings were ready for transplanting after 60 – 75 days with 1 - 3 buddings, 10 - 15 cm height and 5 - 10 leaves.

Tóm tắt

Ngũ gia bì hương (Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith) là cây thuốc thuộc diện quý  hiếm cần bảo tồn và phát triển ở Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu nhân giống vô tính Ngũ gia bì hương được thực hiện thông qua các thí nghiệm về ảnh hưởng của thời vụ giâm hom, tuổi cây mẹ, vị trí và đường kính hom giâm; xử lý chất kích thích sinh trưởng. Các thí nghiệm được bố trí theo kiểu khối ngẫu nghiên đầy đủ 3 lần nhắc lại. Thời gian thực hiện 2021 - 2022. Kết quả đã chỉ ra, giâm hom trong điều kiện vụ xuân, tuổi cây mẹ từ 3 tuổi trở lên, sử dụng loại hom giâm bánh tẻ gần gốc có đường kính 0,6 - 0,9 cm; xử lý chất kích thích ra rễ IBA 1.000 ppm, đạt tỷ lệ ra rễ, bật chồi và tỷ lệ xuất vườn cao nhất đạt 62,73%. Sau 60 - 75 ngày cây giống đạt tiêu chuẩn xuất vườn, cây giống có 1 - 3 chồi, cao 10 - 15 cm và 5 - 10 lá xanh.
