NGHIÊN CỨU XÁC ĐỊNH HIỆU LỰC PHÒNG TRỪ RUỒI ĐỤC QUẢ CỦA MỘT SỐ LOẠI THUỐC TẠI TỈNH NINH THUẬN

Abstract

The research content was carried out both in the laboratory and in the field in 2021 in Ninh Thuan province. Selected there vers 4 insecticides that had high effectiveness to control fruit flies on jujube including Lufenuron (Match® 050 EC with 90.1% effectiveness), followed by Abamectin formulations (Abatimec 1.8 EC with effectiveness 83.3%), Emamectin benzoate (Actimax 50 WG with effectiveness 81.0%) and Chlorantraniliprole (DupontTMPrevathon 5 SC with effectiveness 80.6%) after 14 days of treatment. Therefore, in production, if the jujube orchard is damaged by fruit flies with a harmful rate of about 5%, one of the drugs with active ingredients Lufenuron, Abamectin, Emamectin benzoate and Chlorantraniliprole should be used to prevent it. Only use pesticides on the list of drugs permitted for use in Vietnam and registered for use on jujube by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Nội dung nghiên cứu được thực hiện trong phòng thí nghiệm và ngoài đồng ruộng năm 2021 tại tỉnh Ninh Thuận. Kết quả nghiên cứu đã xác định được 4 loại thuốc có hiệu lực phòng trừ ruồi đục quả táo gồm: Lufenuron (Match® 050 EC có hiệu lực 90,1%), tiếp đến là các công thức Abamectin (Abatimec 1.8 EC có hiệu lực 83,3%), Emamectin benzoate (Actimax 50 WG có hiệu lực 81,0%) và Chlorantraniliprole (DupontTMPrevathon 5 SC có hiệu lực 80,6%) sau 14 ngày xử lý. Do đó, trong sản xuất nếu vườn táo bị ruồi đục quả gây hại với tỷ lệ khoảng 5% thì tiến hành sử dụng một trong các loại thuốc có hoạt chất Lufenuron, Abamectin, Emamectin benzoate và Chlorantraniliprole để phòng trừ. Chỉ sử dụng thuốc bảo vệ thực vật nằm trong danh mục thuốc được phép sử dụng tại Việt Nam và được đăng ký sử dụng trên cây táo của Bộ Nông nghiệp và PTNT.
