Abstract

Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf has anti - inflammatory, analgesic, acid - neutralizing, anti - ulcer effects in the stomach, healing ulcers of the stomach and duodenum in experimental as well as clinical. Arrangement of 3 research experiments on density, fertilizer and canopy in full randomized block Randomized Complete Block Design (RCB). Each experimental formula has an area of 100 m², with 3 repetitions. Each repeat monitoring 10 trees, determined when combined with the planting of apricot trees at a planting density of 7,000 plants/ha (equivalent to a distance of 1 x 1.5 m), the amount of fertilizer: 6 tons of organic fertilizer microorganism + 90 kg N + 90 kg P₂O₅ + 120 kg K₂O, canopy coverage of 50 - 60% for the highest net yield of 21.35 tons fresh/ha/year, fresh/dry ratio of 4.82 for dry yield of 4.43 tons/ha/year. The main pests and diseases appear on the tree such as Nadezhdiella cantori Hope, Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton, Colletotrichum gloeosporioides and pseudocercospoella capsellae

Cây lá khôi (Ardisia gigantifolia Stapf) loài cây ưa ẩm, chịu bóng, mọc hoang tại những khu rừng rậm, nơi râm mát, tán rừng ẩm, nhiều mùn, ven suối, trong rừng hay ven rừng nguyên sinh ở độ cao 700 - 1.300 m. Nghiên cứu tiến hành bố trí 3 thí nghiệm về mật độ, phân bón và độ tàn che theo khối ngẫu nhiên đầy đủ RCB. Mỗi công thức thí nghiệm có diện tích 100 m², với 3 lần nhắc lại, mỗi lần nhắc lại theo dõi 10 cây. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, với mật độ trồng 7.000 cây/ha (tương đương khoảng cách 1 x 1,5 m), lượng phân bón: 6 tấn phân hữu cơ vi sinh + 90 kg N + 90 kg P₂O₅ + 120 kg K₂O, độ tàn che 50 - 60% cho năng suất thực thu đạt cao nhất lần lượt là 21,35 tấn tươi/ha/năm, tỷ lệ tươi/khô đạt 4,82 cho năng suất khô đạt 4,43 tấn khô/ha/năm. Các loại sâu hại, bệnh hại chính xuất hiện trên cây lá khôi là: Sâu đục thân (Nadezhdiella cantori Hope), sâu ăn lá (Phyllocnistis citrella Stainton), bệnh thán thư (Colletotrichum gloeosporioides) và bệnh đốm lá (pseudocercospoella capsellae).
