Abstract

This paper introduces the results of research on the axial displacement of peanuts mass in the threshing chamber of the picking device fresh peanut. An equation has been developed to describe the process of the peanut block sliding on the dam teeth, flying out of the dam teeth and sliding along the guide ribs on the drum cover. On that basis, the movement of the tree mass was investigated in these stages, and the influence of the parameters of the threshing unit on the movement of the peanut mass in the threshing chamber of the peanut picker was evaluated. The obtained results allow to select the parameters of the dam so that the tree mass movement in the dam chamber is most favorable.

Bài báo giới thiệu kết quả nghiên cứu quá trình vận chuyển dọc trục khối cây lạc trong buồng đập của bộ phận bứt quả trên máy thu hoạch lạc. Đã xây dựng phương trình mô tả quá trình khối cây lạc trượt trên răng đập, bay ra khỏi răng đập và trượt theo gân dẫn hướng trên nắp trống. Trên cơ sở đó đã khảo sát chuyển động của khối cây trong các giai đoạn này, đánh giá ảnh hưởng của các thông số của bộ phận đập đến quá trính dịch chuyển của khối cây trong buồng đập của bộ phận bứt quả lạc. Các kết qủa thu được cho phép lựa chọn các thông số của bộ phận đập sao cho việc dịch chuyển khối cây trong buồng đập thuận lợi nhất.
