ẢNH HƯỞNG CỦA CÁC DỊCH CHIẾT HỮU CƠ ĐẾN SỰ HÌNH THÀNH CHỒI VÀ RỄ IN VITRO CỦA LAN KIM TUYẾN (Anoectochilus setaceus Blume)

Abstract

Anoectochilus setaceus Blume belongs to the Orchidaceae family. In Vietnam, 12 species of this genus have been discovered and are mainly used as medicinal herbs. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of organic extracts, including coconut water, banana juice, potato juice, tomato juice, corn juice and MS medium on shoots and roots fromation on the shoot of Anoectochilus setaceus Blume. The results showed that: all five groups of organic extracts added to MS medium had the effect of increasing the number of shoots and roots; the best medium for shoots multiplication was MS with 200CC (200 ml/l) (41.917 shoots per explant, 30.5 leaves per bud cluster); MS medium with 250KT was the best for roots formation (8.50 roots per plantlet); MS medium with 100ND was the best for roots length (1.306 cm).

Tóm tắt

Lan kim tuyến (Anoectochilus setaceus Blume) thuộc họ Orchidaceae. Ở Việt Nam, có 12 loài Lan kim tuyến đã được phát hiện và chủ yếu được sử dụng làm dược liệu. Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là khảo sát ảnh hưởng của các dịch chiết hữu cơ gồm nước dừa, dịch chuối chín, dịch khoai tây, nước ép cà chua, dịch bắp tươi và môi trường MS đến hình thành chồi và rễ từ mẫu chồi Lan kim tuyến. Kết quả cho thấy, cả năm nhóm dịch trích hữu cơ bổ sung vào môi trường đều có tác dụng làm gia tăng số chồi và rễ. Môi trường MS có bổ sung dịch cà chua 200CC (200 ml/l) cho sự nhân nhanh chồi tốt nhất (41,917 chồi/mẫu) và lá (30,5 lá/cụm chồi). Môi trường MS bổ sung dịch khoai tây 250KT (250 ml/l) tốt nhất cho sự hình thành rễ (8,50 rễ/cây) và mô trường MS bổ sung nước dừa 100ND (100 ml/l) tốt nhất cho sự phát triển chiều dài rễ (1,306 cm).
