NGHIÊN CỨU NHÂN GIỐNG HỮU TÍNH NƯA CHÂN VỊT (Tacca palmata Blume) TẠI KIÊN LƯƠNG - KIÊN GIANG

Abstract

Research on propagation from seed of Tacca palmata Blume in the nursery in Kien Giang province shows that after fully ripening, the seeds are separated, washed, and then sown. Seeds are treated with 500 ppm GA3 solution about 60 minutes give the highest germination rate of 80% and most of seed grow  after 129 days and finish after 143 days. The composition of the potting medium includes a mixture of soil: humus: microbial fertilizer (3: 1: 1) for the percentage of plant growth of 80%. The most suitable season for propagation of Tacca palmata Blume is the November season for germination rate of 80%. Plants grow in the nursery for about 240 days, which is the highest survival rate after planting (84%).

Nghiên cứu nhân giống hữu tính Nưa chân vịt (Tacca palmata Blume) trong vườn ươm tại Kiên Giang cho thấy: Quả Nưa chân vịt sau khi chín hoàn toàn, tách lấy hạt rửa sạch hong se hạt rồi gieo ngay. Hạt được xử lý bằng dung dịch GA₃ 500 ppm trong 60 phút cho tỷ lệ mọc mầm cao nhất đạt 80,0% và thời gian mọc mầm tập trung nhất sau 129 ngày và kết thúc sau 143 ngày. Thành phần ruột bầu gồm giá thể hỗn hợp đất: mùn: phân vi sinh (tỷ lệ 3: 1: 1) cho tỷ lệ mọc mầm là 80,0%. Thời vụ nhân giống Nưa chân vịt phù hợp nhất là thời vụ tháng 11 cho tỷ lệ mọc mầm 80,0%. Cây sinh trưởng trong vườn ươm khoảng 240 ngày có tỷ lệ sống sau trồng đạt cao nhất (84,0%).
