NHẬN DIỆN CHI TẢO Coscinodiscus VÀ Coscinodiscopsis Ở VÙNG BIỂN VIỆT NAM

Abstract

Phytoplankton samples were analyzed as part of several misions and projects surveyed across the waters of Vietnam from 2015 to 2025, including aquaculture areas, coastal waters, offshore waters, and deep-sea regions. A total of 21 species belonging to the genera Coscinodiscus and Coscinodiscopsis were identified based on cellular morphological characteristics such as cell shape, structure of the valvar surface. Two species, Coscinodiscus reniformis and Coscinodiscopsis sp., were recorded in Vietnamese sea for the first time. This study aims to explore species diversity as well as update the list of new species of Coscinodiscus and Coscinodiscopsis in the seawaters of Vietnam.

Các mẫu thực vật phù du phân tích thuộc một số nhiệm vụ, dự án được khảo sát trên khắp vùng biển Việt Nam từ năm 2015 đến năm 2025, bao gồm: Vùng nuôi trồng thủy sản, vùng biển ven bờ, vùng biển khơi và khu vực xa bờ. Tổng số 21 loài thuộc chi tảo Coscinodiscus và Coscinodiscopsis được xác định dựa trên đặc điểm hình thái tế bào như: Hình dạng tế bào, cấu trúc bề mặt vỏ tế bào. Hai loài Coscinodiscus reniformis và Coscinodiscopsis sp. lần đầu tiên được ghi nhận. Nghiên cứu này nhằm tìm hiểu sự đa dạng loài cũng như cập nhật danh sách các loài mới của Coscinodiscus và Coscinodiscopsis trong vùng biển Việt Nam.
