NGHIÊN CỨU ỨNG DỤNG PHEROMONE GIỚI TÍNH ĐỂ QUẢN LÝ SÂU ĐỤC QUẢ, Conogethes punctiferalis Guenée (Lepidoptera: Pyralidae) GÂY HẠI TRÊN CÂY SẦU RIÊNG TẠI ĐỒNG BẰNG SÔNG CỬU LONG

Abstract

Field evaluations of synthetic sex pheromones showed that a lure composed of two compounds, E10-16:Ald and Z10-16:Ald, in a 9:1 ratio, achieved the highest attractiveness to male Conogethes punctiferalis moths. This performance was significantly superior to the control and five times higher than the lure containing only E10-16:Ald. Monitoring indicated that adult C. punctiferalis were present year-round in the surveyed durian orchards, with a pronounced population peak occurring in late December, coinciding with the flowering and early fruit development stages. In durian orchards, mass trapping (15 pheromone traps per 1,000 m², 1 mg/lure) provided control efficacy equivalent to farmers’ pesticide applications. This equivalence was observed from 2 to 3.5 months after trap installation for the Ri6 variety and from 2.5 to 3 months for the kho qua xanh variety.

Bẫy pheromone giới tính tổng hợp được khảo sát ở điều kiện ngoài đồng cho thấy bẫy, gồm 2 hợp chất E10-16:Ald và Z10-16:Ald với tỷ lệ 9:1 cho hiệu quả hấp dẫn ngài đực C. punctiferalis cao nhất, khác biệt so với đối chứng và cao gấp 5 lần so với bẫy chỉ chứa một thành phần E10-16:Ald. Mật độ ngài sâu đục quả C. punctiferalis hiện diện quanh năm trên các vườn sầu riêng khảo sát. Trong đó, mật độ ngài sâu đục quả tạo một cao điểm vào cuối tháng 12 dương lịch, trùng với thời gian cây ra hoa và quả non. Trên vườn sầu riêng, đặt 15 bẫy pheromone/1.000 m², 1 mg/bẫy cho hiệu quả phòng trừ, tương đương với biện pháp xử lý thuốc theo nông dân  ở giai đoạn từ 2-3,5 tháng sau khi đặt bẫy đối với giống Ri 6 và giai đoạn từ 2,5-3 tháng sau khi đặt bẫy đối với giống khổ qua xanh.
