KẾT QUẢ NGHIÊN CỨU HOÀN THIỆN QUY TRÌNH KỸ THUẬT CANH TÁC GIỐNG BÍ ĐỎ MẬT SAO 2 TẠI XÃ YÊN KHÁNH, TỈNH NINH BÌNH

Abstract

The study was conducted to optimize cultivation practices for the pumpkin variety Mat Sao 2 in Yen Khanh commune, Ninh Binh province in the autumn - winter 2025 and the spring - summer 2026 cropping seasons. At the basal application of 5 tons of microbial organic fertilizer, 100 kg P₂O₅ + 120 kg K₂O combined with top-dressing of 140 kg N/ha, the pumpkin was grown at the density of 12,120 plants/ha promoted good growth and development. The growth duration was 112 days in the spring - summer season and 100 days in the autumn - winter season. Under these conditions, the harvested yields reached 37.03 tons/ha in the spring - summer season and 32.18 tons/ha in the autumn - winter season. Topping at the fifth leaf stages, while retaining two primary branches from the fourth and fifth nodes, achieved 100% canopy coverage within 60 - 70 days after sowing. This practice also resulted in low incidences of downy mildew and powdery mildew, with disease severity ratings of only 1 - 2 score, harvested yields of 37.13 tons/ha (spring - summer season) and 33.28 tons/ha (autumn - winter season). Fruit thinning to two fruits/plant resulted in the highest yields, ranging from 37.13 tons/ha in spring - summer season to 37.79 tons/ha autumn - winter season. For powdery mildew management, the fungicides BellKute 40 WP or Anvil 5SC provided the best control efficacy, reducing disease severity to level 1 at 15 days after application.

Nghiên cứu nhằm hoàn thiện quy trình kỹ thuật canh tác giống bí đỏ Mật Sao 2 tại xã Yên Khánh, tỉnh Ninh Bình được thực hiện trong vụ thu đông năm 2025 và xuân hè năm 2026. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, giống bí đỏ Mật Sao 2 trồng ở mật độ 12.120 cây/ha và lượng phân đạm 140 kg N/ha trên nền phân 5 tấn phân hữu cơ vi sinh + 100 kg P₂O₅ + 120 Kg K₂O, cây sinh trưởng, phát triển tốt, thời gian sinh trưởng là 112 ngày trong vụ xuân hè và 100 ngày trong vụ thu đông, năng suất thực thu cao nhất, đạt 37,03 tấn/ha trong vụ xuân hè và 32,18 tấn/ha trong vụ thu đông. Việc áp dụng kỹ thuật bấm ngọn ở lá thứ 5 và chỉ để 2 nhánh cấp 1 ở đốt lá thứ 4 và lá thứ  5 có độ che phủ đạt 100% sau trồng 60 - 70 ngày, mức độ biểu hiện triệu chứng bệnh sương mai, phấn trắng trên đồng ruộng thấp, ở điểm 1 - 2, năng suất thực thu, đạt 37,13 tấn/ha (vụ xuân hè) và 33,28 tấn/ha (vụ thu đông). Kỹ thuật định quả ở công thức 2 quả/cây có năng suất cao nhất, đạt 37,13 - 37,79 tấn/ha vụ xuân hè và 33,28 - 33,96 tấn/ha vụ thu đông. Biện pháp sử dụng loại thuốc trừ bệnh BellKute 40 WP hoặc Anvil 5SC để phòng, trừ bệnh phấn trắng cho giống bí đỏ Mật Sao 2 cho hiệu quả tốt nhất về điểm 1 sau 15 ngày phun.
