XÁC ĐỊNH NĂNG SUẤT TINH DẦU VÀ HÀM LƯỢNG AXIT CHLOROGENIC CỦA MỘT SỐ GIỐNG CÚC HOA (Chrysanthemum) TRỒNG THỬ NGHIỆM TẠI HÀ NỘI

Abstract

Chrysanthemum is a species of flowering plant with a variety of colors and effects belonging to the Asteraceae family. The experiment were conducted at research center for planting and processing medicinal plants in Ha Noi including five species of Chrysanthemum (CV, CTTQ, CTHN₁, CTHN₂, CTHN₃), in order to evaluate the growth, development, yield of essential oils and chloronegic acid. The results showed that Chrysanthemum varieties grew well at 1, 2, 3 and 4 months after planting. The CTHN₁ has the highest flower yield (the yield of fresh flowers is 185.9 quintals/ha and the yield of dried flowers is 26.6 quintals/ha). The lowest flower yield is CV (the fresh flower yield 151.1 quintals/ha and dried flower yield is 22.0 quintals/ha). The CTHN₁ has total essential oil composition, essential oil content and chlorogenic acid content of 0.62%, 115.97 liters/ha and 0.301%, respectively. Therefore, CTHN₁ is the variety with the best medicinal quality criteria, followed by CTHN₂. CV and CTHN₃ varieties have chlorogenic acid content that does not meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2015).

Cúc hoa (Chrysanthemum) là loài có hoa đa dạng màu sắc và nhiều tác dụng thuộc họ Cúc (Asteraceae). Thí nghiệm tại Trung tâm Nghiên cứu Trồng và Chế biến cây thuốc Hà Nội với 5 giống cúc hoa (CV, CTTQ, CTHN₁, CTHN₂, CTHN₃), nhằm đánh giá sinh trưởng, phát triển, năng suất tinh dầu và thành phần axit chloronegic của cúc hoa. Kết quả cho thấy, các giống cúc hoa đều sinh trưởng tốt sau 1 tháng, 2 tháng, 3 tháng và 4 tháng trồng. Năng suất hoa cao nhất là giống cúc hoa CTHN₁  (năng suất hoa tươi đạt 185,9 tạ/ha và năng suất hoa khô đạt 26,6 tạ/ha), năng suất hoa thấp nhất là giống cúc hoa CV (năng suất hoa tươi đạt 151,1 tạ/ha và năng suất hoa khô đạt 22,0 tạ/ha). Hàm lượng tinh dầu, năng suất tinh dầu và axit chlorogenic của giống cúc hoa CTHN₁ là cao nhất, lần lượt là 0,62%, 115,97 lít/ha và 0,301%. Chính vì vậy, CTHN₁ là giống cúc hoa có các chỉ tiêu chất lượng dược liệu tốt nhất, tiếp đến là giống cúc hoa CTHN₂. Giống cúc hoa CV và CTHN₃ có hàm lượng axit chlorogenic chưa đạt yêu cầu theo quy chuẩn của Dược điển Trung Quốc (2015).
