2.1.2. Submission Method
Manuscripts must be submitted via the Journal's online system: http://tapchinongnghiep.vn or http://tapchikhoahoc.nnmt.net.vn. Submissions not complying with the above regulations will not be considered.
2.2. Review and Approval Steps
Step 1: Initial Submission and Screening
-
Based on the publication plan and editorial needs, editorial staff solicit or receive submissions.
-
Upon submission via the online system, the editorial board conducts an initial review to ensure the manuscript meets the Journal’s formatting and content requirements.
-
Author information, authorship, research ethics, and plagiarism will also be checked (supplementary guidelines attached). Authors will receive email confirmation upon successful submission. If accepted for further review, the article will be assigned a code and proceed to the next stage.
Step 2: Editorial Board Consultation and Peer Review Assignment
-
After passing the initial screening, the article is referred to relevant editorial board members for opinion.
-
The editorial leadership conducts a preliminary evaluation. If approved, the manuscript is assigned to qualified peer reviewers under a double-blind review system.
-
Reviewers must have expertise in the subject area, possess reputable academic records, and have no personal or institutional affiliation with the authors. Authors may suggest potential reviewers, but the final decision rests with the Journal.
-
For English-language articles, reviewers must have published in English and be experienced in reviewing scientific English content.
Step 3: Peer Review Process
-
Reviewers assess the scientific content and originality of the manuscript using the Journal’s standard review form.
-
Comments and evaluation must be signed and dated, then returned to the editorial office.
Step 4: Editorial Decision Based on Review
-
Based on reviewer feedback, authors revise their manuscripts as required. Authors will receive one of the following outcomes:
-
Accepted
-
Minor/Major Revisions: Authors revise according to reviewer comments; the process may repeat until approval.
-
Rejected
-
-
The reviewer and editorial board may request multiple revisions. Authors must clearly state how revisions were made.
-
For English articles, the editorial team will further edit and proofread the final version to ensure international standards.
Step 5: Final Approval and Publication
-
Editors prepare a list of accepted articles for approval by the Editor-in-Chief or an authorized Deputy Editor.
-
Upon approval, manuscripts are sent to production for layout and publication. This step typically takes 5–10 working days.
2.3. Publication Timeline
The time from submission to publication depends on review duration, author revisions (which may involve multiple rounds), and the Journal’s publication schedule.
2.4. Notification of Results
-
Authors will be informed whether their article is accepted or rejected. In case of rejection, reasons will be clearly communicated, and authors may respond or appeal.
-
Accepted articles will be published in both print and electronic formats.
