A two-factor experiment on choy sum (Brassica integrifolia) was carried out in pots including 3 types of foliar fertilizers and 4 substrate mixing ratios. The study's results indicated no interaction between the two factors of foliar fertilizer supplementation and substrate mixing ratios. Still, there was a statistically significant difference in the mixing ratios on plant height, number of leaves through growth stages and composition and yield of choy sum. There was no statistically significant difference between the 3 types of fertilizers studied in terms of plant height and number of leaves at all stages except for the weight of choy sum plants at harvest. The interaction effect between the mixing ratio of 50% soil + 40% coconut fiber + 10% cow manure and chitosan fertilizer on plant height, number of leaves and yield was shown more clearly than that of vermicompost tea, fish and soybean - based fertilizers.
