This study examined the effects of several agro-techniques on yield and quality of Curcuma zedoaria Rosc. A split-plot design incorporating four levels of K2O fertilizer (60, 90, 120 and 150 kg/ha) and three levels of plant spacing (25 x 35, 45 x 35, 65 x 35 cm) were implemented. The results revealed that optimal rhizome yield of white turmeric was achieved when cultivated with a planting spacing of 25 x 35 cm and applying 90 and 120 kg/ha of K2O fertilizer, yielding within the range of 24.7 - 25.5 tons/ha; essential oil yield from 106.15 - 108.45 l/ha. Moreover, a randomized complete block design was conducted to examine the effect of four different harvest times on the yield and quality of white turmeric. Harvesting when 50% of leaves withered to completely withered resulted in the highest yields, ranging from 25.53 - 26.20 tons/ha, with essential oil yield from 109.19 - 119.56 l/ha, respectively, thus achieving the highest economic efficiency.
